Switching to flower?

When switching to flower should I just go straight to 12/12 or should it slowly be introduced?

Should the change happen at the end of the 18 hours of light?

the next time you switch the light on after the plants 6hr sleep start 12/12 then.
or just cut it to 12/12 instead of leaving the light on for 18hrs it dosent really matter.

I think it means "he's right" (thats what I do anyway...)

For the nutes - I do a bottle of "swap over" food, half the suggested amount of grow and flower food then when thats gone go to the flower food...or, actually I know they need more phosphorus on week 3 if using an addative so what should I do to change food? You reckon that'll be all right, maybe with a drop or 2 of buddy from week 3 onwards? (I'm using bio-grow and bio-bloom...will there be enough P and K in the bloom without needing the buddy?)
