Tried everything to stop these leaf edges curling up over the last 5 or 6 days

Seems to be worse in the far left and near right corners of the plant (bottom photo)

Will the leaves right themselves or are they like that until the chop? Are they too far along to be worrying about it?

I turned the light down from 40 dli to 32, but no joy with that. The tents at 26c during the day and 22c during the night. RH is 45%. The plant is getting watered twice daily, I tested the run off yesterday and is the same as input (0.9ec) and it always gets ph'd to 5.8 - 6.2. Also checked as well as I can for mites

I read that the leaves curling upwards is transpiration related?

Try getting your leaf temp to 24-25C.
Plants looks nice though.
With the point it's at I wouldn't worry too much about the curl personally.

Planted in Pro-Mix/peat? If you take runoff reading be sure to only take the last few drops to get a more accurate reading. I'm guessing runoff is probably somewhere above 2.0 EC. Being only fed base formula without any PK boosters shenanigans?

The best is to use a proper soil pH meter and check just after runoff stops dripping. What you also have to take into consideration is that EC will raise in the pots until next watering.

Tried ironing them out?

No, but seriously... some strains just have that tacoing in their genetics.
If there's nothing else wrong, I wouldn't worry too much.
