taffy to shatter?

No matter what I do I end up with taffy. I am running through a closed loop, hot water bathing the collection bucket then transferring to a vac chamber. Oil temp is between 90-100, I usually pull it until the needle stops, wait a few minutes until it stops reacting then flip and repeat. I feel like I'm missing something. Do I leave the vac pulling for hours or do I just need to leave it on there at full vacuum for longer? I really would like to end up with something easy to work with like shatter or wax. Thanks

A couple hours of flipping and intermittent vacuuming/leaving it at full vac around 100° until I see little to no reaction. Tastes great and isclear amber but seems moist and is almost pull and snap but still sticky. Should I leave it in the chamber on low heat and full vac overnight or is that just pulling more flavor with no benefit?

So someone saying lol scary and making fun of you is allowed? I was posting because I wanted a second opinion and advice and I got sneers? I messaged to have me account removed right after. Since youre a staff member could you kindly assist in removing my account? Laughing at you is considered disagreeing? Seems like a far stretch to me. Anyways I don't feel like being ridiculed for a question and would appreciate instructions on getting this account deleted. Thanks in advance. And I didn't call anyone names but used adjectives for the manner in which he is carrying out his actions/words. Deuces

We don't remove accounts never have a quick look into the search bar will show you as such
