Hi everyone, I need a hand today?? The problem that is showing in the pics has been getting progressively worse. The yellowing appears to start in the middle of the leaf and moves outward until the leaf is completely yellow. Most leaves are in the middle to lower half of the plant. Some leaves also develop dead tissue spots while yellowing. These leaves appear mostly on the lower 1/3 of the plant. This is a mother plant. I have also had some Thrip issues but I cannot see any connection.

My first thought, was a N deficiency, but after looking at those necrotic spots, I'm not so sure. I'm thinking that it's possibly some kind of fungus/mold caused by the foliar feeding(moisture laying on the undersides of the leaves).
