Hi guys
Got a white widow and wish to take clones during flowering stage .
Am I correct in thinking that as soon as I transplant them into grow cubes I put them straight into a 12/12 light schedule in the propogator in my grow tent .
Also do i leave the top bud on the cutting and pinch off the ones lower down the stem.
Cheers guys for you input.

Why do you want to take cuts during flower? It takes so long for them to reveg! Just take off some of the lower growth before you put it into flower and use that for clones...much easier, unless you have a purpose I don't understand.
I understand what you are saying but I moved house during the latter stages of veg and was unable to take cuttings in veg stage as it was difficult to transport safely to new house .

I would put them into 18-6/20-4 or 24 hrs light otherwise they'll keep on flowering in 12-12.
Leave the top bud in place that's what will turn into the new growth.
Thanks m8 I'm a newbie at this 1st ever grow and was just gettin confused with timings lightcycles etc cheers

Take clones as normal. It does take a bit longer and you will want to make sure your cuttings veg for an extended amount of time so you don’t get the single leaf reveg deformities.

sometimes it’s vital to take clones from flowering plants, If only for genetic preservation, or space/time restraints.

Clones taken in flower are so much easier to take care of, if I take clones before flipping I've got a forrest + the cost of heating and lighting a bigger area 4-5 weeks later then the necessary maintenance.

If take them wk 5-6 of flower and put them under T5s (1ltr pot) they're just hitting their stride around 90 days.

I've got a chance to dry and test them before continuing with any pheno or not as is the case more often than not.

That’s a good idea!
