Newbie here and hoping for some guidance. TIA. I’m in Toronto with about a week or so to go until harvest. I put some tarps up in September to protect from the rains and the dreaded bud rot. Unfortunately, it seemed to backfire. There was a stretch of five days of rain at one point so that meant the plants were under the tarps for five straight days. While it kept the plants dry I think what happened is the tarps trapped in the heat. With the heat and humidity under the tarps I ended up with some bud rot on a few plants. I was able to cut it out, but it cost me a few colas. What I really need are fans, I know, but I haven’t been able to find any that would be suitable for outside. My question is there’s rain coming, but the weather is cooler. Should I try the tarps again or let them ride it out in the rain? I’ve included pics of the tarps and the plants from yesterday.
