How is a caregiver or dspenary taxed federally for their yearly income?...since its illegal federally..

Although the federal government won't let dispensary bank. They still require them to pay taxes. Not sure exactly how it works but I know that they do pay them.

They're most likely claiming themselves to be a consultant of some sort.
