Temp issues

Hey everyone, first grow and I’ve had two temp issues. My tent is in the garage and twice in the last two weeks my thermostat has gone out and shut off my heaters. Temps fell below 50 degrees F. Plants are entering 6th week of veg and seem to have almost stopped growing. Did the cold temps ruin my grow? Thanks

It definetly slowed growth down being that cold. I'd get a seedling mat under the pots to keep the root zone warm at the least.
Did you're thermostat shit the bed?

I built a tray out of 2x8 lumber and filled it with soil. Should’ve kept them in pots. This is the 3rd thermostat that took a shit. I have 2 new/more expensive/ hopefully better quality ones showing up today.

A bit cold won't ruin them, constant cold slows down growth considerably and can lead to issues.
Whats the daytime temperature?

That’s probably better than pots in the cold, theres more thermal mass to retain heat during lights out.
