Temperature and Humidity settings for LED room

I am building a new room, lots of discoveries, lots of new small issues popping up: Looking for LED specific Temp and Humidity numbers from other LED users

I'm currently running 1 4x4 tray in a small room (120 sq ft), will add another tray after the room is setup and consistent.

Room is sealed
Room Size - about 120 sq ft - 8 ft ceilings
4x4 tray covered by 12 cobs - 600 W
Drip to waste
Medium - Grodan RW cubes with flora flex caps
Lots of air flow
Big carbon filter, 8 inch fan
Portable heater
Small Humidifier (not currently used)
I'm trying to maintain these temps and humidity levels:
Veg Week 1-4
-Lights on: 85 degrees/ 70% Humidity
-Lights off: 75 degrees/ 30% Humidity

Bloom Week 1-8
-Lights on: 85 degrees/ 45% Humidity
-Lights off: 75 degrees/ 30% Humidity

I don't have a dehumidifier and I wonder if/when I should get one, and which one I will need. Suggestions please, I can set up to drain into a floor drain if needed.

I also don't have any type of controllers yet. I'm trying to manually get things in the right range. I'm not running CO2, but I may down the road. Trying to avoid buying an all in one 600$ controller for now. Not sure if I need a humidity and/or temp controller for my needs. Suggestions please.

The small heater does a good job of getting the room to 82-85 and the room is staying around 70-80% humidity with just that heater and light on. Its doesn't have any fancy features. I can use a simple timer to turn it on and off as needed. I can only manually change the heat amount. I've been experimenting with having the timer turn on and off at night, to try to keep the room under 80. I've just been turning it off for 15 minutes every hour, it seemed to work ok for last night, but this isn't ideal.

My lights are off from midnight to 6am, I haven't actually watched/tracked the humidity during the light off but the Acu-rites are showing the humidity going down to the 30's%.
Overall the room is a lot more Humid that I thought it would be. I thought I'd be able to get by without a dehu.

Does anyone have any overall suggestions based off of similar experiences with an LED room? I can set up a dehu to turn on during lights off easily enough.

Any info will be useful, but specifically:

-What temps/Hum levels have other been successful with (lights on/off, veg, flower)
-Dehu use and suggestions
-Controller - How to get by without
-Controller - Suggestions for building up what is needed

Thanks!

Yes, at least that is what I'm trying. I have a doorway that I seal with a foam board/insulation and a closed door, I'm sure some air leaks in through that, but only a small bit. I use this entrance, so some air enters when I'm working.
It is a stand alone small space with no additional heating/cooling. All insulated. Has water supply and drain available.

Yeah, the "room is sealed" part caught my eye too.

The small amount of exchange the room gets when you come and go isn't enough.

Heater - Lasko 754200

Should I have some air flowing in from the outside? Would be easy enough to add some means of air flow.

The main grow room has a small door, sealed with the foam board, leading to a small bathroom and hall. The hall leads to a door to the outside.

I'm also concerned about outside smell later down the road into flower.

I've never run CO2 but some people say you need to dump the air every 24 hours because xylene gas (as I recall) builds up.

My room runs on outside air exchange so I'm of no help to you. Being in Seattle, I bought a dehumidifier but it has never been used. I run a swamp cooler type humidifier. Quite the opposite of what I expected.

Hi !
Currently I'm at week 4 bloom right now in my LED room and i haven't got any humidity dialed. We just been through a heatwave of 40c+ and now its extremely humid this week (95% outside atm)
Because i have ceiling fans and EVERY single one of my leaves are moving, i'm not too worried about humidity levels, so make sure you have lots of air movement to prevent bud rot etc.
With no airflow i used to notice spots of water on the leaves and even boytritus on some buds.

I've noticed from past grows my trichome hasn't been affected either 60% or 80%+ humidity, so i don't really worry about humidity too much as long as its not too dry.
