Thank you Donald Trump

I'm sure we all have different stories to tell about how the covid-19 pandemic has affected our lives. I for one would personally like to thank Donald Trump for massively fucking up the country resulting in mass unemployment and an unstable economy. I've been laid off since April and have been getting paid to work on my home, fuck my wife, and expand my garden every single day since. I've nearly re-plumbed my entire house. I rewired all of the electric in my entire garage. I installed security lights on every corner of my home and garage. I've remodeled my bathroom. I've done electrical work in my flower room, painted, and added 2 new lights. I chain sawed up a 30' pine tree in my front yard. I exercise every other day. And I haven't had to see or hear my worthless shit bag co-workers spouting off their favorite fox news talking points in an endless circle jerk as they convince one another that they have it all figured out. I for one hope this moron keeps up the great work. God willing I'll stay on unemployment well through Christmas and by the time this shit show is over I won't have to work anymore thanks to my garden expansion. Thank you Donald Trump for being too incompetent to listen to advisers and science. People like me endlessly thank you. I'm not gonna fucking vote for the dirt bag or anything, but I'm certainly taking personal stock on my life thanks to his horrible decision making. This couldn't have been made possible without his incompetent supporters helping spread the virus. Big shout out to the inbred conservatives that continue to do their part keeping me on unemployment! I'm looking forward to doing more electrical work on my home tomorrow paid for by Donald Trump's endless incompetence. Word to your mother....dirtbag :)

Big picture-little picture.

My little picture is good too. My micro-farm is at it's peak right now and the fall garden seed will go into the ground next week. It looks like by next year, I should be putting more than half the food we eat on the table and the fresh produce is amazing.

Not so good for way too many to make me feel great about it. Also, online schooling starts in a few weeks and it's going to suck being the one who makes sure the kids keep up with their work. My work at home job is secure for now too, so no worries.

Big picture is, it won't last, millions of jobs will never come back and we have years of economic depression ahead of us. Thanks Trump.

It's difficult to feel too great about anything right now due to the misery so many are going through. Gotta make lemonade outta lemons though. I had a choice to make when all this went down. Do something productive with my time or let the stress consume me. As long as I continue working I keep the negativity and anxiety at a distance. I can't even imagine what families with children are going through. I have a 6 year old grand daughter that is starting kindergarten today as case numbers continue to rise. My wife and I have her 2-3 nights per week. Anytime I have ever gotten the flu it hits me hard and takes nearly a month to recover. My wife is a cancer survivor, has a tracheotomy, and has to use a breathing machine at least once per hour to clear obstruction from her trachea. If covid-19 enters my home my wife may not survive the battle, and while I would likely survive the battle would be devastating in all likelihood. Let's face it, this is a very grim situation. We all have to make a choice though. Let this consume you, or do something great with your time. I'm doing all that I can to take care of my family and not lose my fucking mind through this madness. I have several trump supporters in my family. One brother is a through and through racist and the other got shamed for voting for Obama by his racist co-workers. Ever since he has voted for whatever candidate his racist co-workers vote for, so he doesn't feel like an outsider or have to stand up for what he believes in. It's easier that way for a lot of people which is utterly shameful. My dad just enjoys supporting a guy everyone hates. He's old and cantankerous. Not a big fan of minorities either. It seems Trump has brought out the absolute worst emotions in people while he's mass murdered nearly 200,000 Americans due to his ineptitude and failure to lead in a national crisis, and it's not going to end anytime soon. Work on your home / apt / whatever, fuck your wife / husband, eat something good, fix something you've wanted to fix, and get super stoned while you do it all. Make the best of your time and have no regrets. We can make America great again. Fuck Donald Trump.

Trimp wants to make certain every household has unfettered access to his plague through the children. everyone knows when your kid goes to school they bring home everything..unless no one has guessed- this is biowarfare.

he is one of the most evil mother fvckers there ever is/was.

Nail meet head. Last year my grand daughter brought illnesses to our home that she contracted at her preschool. She then brought it to our home and got myself and my wife sick. Horribly sick. This happened twice last year to me. The wife only got hit once. The concern is valid. There's never really been a fuck up like this in the history of America so far as I know. When have the children ever not been able to go to school? The only incident I can remember is when Trump made America great again.

not in our living memory but historically, it's not unprecedented. Closures then were reactive and not preventative. Sounds familiar to the US's response in red states today. Schools in my area aren't going to open at all even though we have comparatively low rates of infection. Other areas, it seems that Covid has to hit it's political leaders over the head before they do the right thing. Now is not the time to open up. I remember the first weeks of classes even in college as times when everybody around me got sick. Never been sicker myself than the first days of school in a winter-spring semester. What is wrong with Republicans that they have to wait for the hammer to hit the thumb before they believe it will hurt?

The U.S. historical record demonstrates that on multiple occasions, when faced with a contagious crisis that affects children, school dismissal and voluntary absenteeism are common responses. Past experiences also reveal that school dismissal tends to be applied by a particular community as a reaction, if not a demand, only after a contagious disease has spread through a community and not as a preemptive public health measure.

If we had behaved like other first world countries this might not have been necessary. Instead we are acting as if the date is 1918 instead of 2020

Yup. Because he definitely Unleashed the Corona personally. Fucking idiots. It’s taking this pandemic to fuck this country up to the point obama had it at his peak. Bahahahahaha

Every first world country has managed this epidemic well. The US looks like a third world country in how we've done. Trump let that virus into the country and then fanned the flames of the epidemic. So, yeah, absolutely this is his virus. His response? "I take no responsibility whatsoever". So, every one of the million people who have died or will die during the first year of this epidemic is on his head.

Obama left this country tops in the world in preparedness for an epidemic and Trump ran us right down to the bottom. Not just Trump either. Every Republican leader should have his head removed and put on a coronavirus spike in front of city hall, state houses, and in front of Congress buildings in DC. It's the Republican virus now.

Nope but he did call it a hoax and not take it seriously when he could have made a real difference. Instead all he cares about is himself and was going around on his victory tour doing things like Buzzing Nascar when he knew there was a potential problem that has left over 150,000 dead in our country.
