Ok so after hours of agonizing and trying to figure it out, some of you said bugs, others nutes, you were right on with BUGS!!!! Damn Thrips.
I have attached a picture of one and the resulting look of it on the plant. I invested in a microscope you plug into the usb port of your computer, well worth the investment 40.00
i can now show you that yes it was thrips. Thank you all for your help.
Initial look on the plant: light green speckles. after a week or 2 they look like silver speckles.

I will be trying neem oil and anything else i can find to be organic and get rid of them. p.s. cross posted under BUGS also.
