Oh yeah definitely a hoax.....good one to whoever is responsible - oh and the links originally went to the Conservative Party's actual donation page, which solicits money on behalf of Harper and the party. Navigation tabs at the top also linked back to the Tories' website.
Funny thing is I started laughing when I saw the heading
