The deal with growing in leased apartments?

specifically OC, can you grow in a leased apartment if u have a card? do u have to tell the landlord up front? anyone who is growing in an apartment, please fill me in!! stay high

i would never tell anyone, my only concern would be if i would be evicted if caught..i would be legal but ive heard some communities arent mj friendly, but if i am legal in the ste of ca, they cant discriminate, can they?

woooo... All the medical marijuana card does for you is protect you form getting arrested for possession but that IS IT! No landlord ever has to allow it or be grown or used on their property. You really have to ask YOUR landlord about this. If they say no & you do it anyway they would have every right to evict you.

Read the tenancy contract It will state if you may or may not grow plants in your flat. From what i've read landlords often put 215 friendly or whatnot in the property listing.
