Hello Everyone! Today is a very exciting day for me. As you can see I am creating my first Journal on RIU and am stoked to show all of you my current progress, including future plans & progress. This will be my third grow and hopefully my best one, wish me luck. So, to start this journal I will be giving the list of my equipment, along with the current statues of each plant and their environment etc.

Set Up

2X 90w Quad-band UFO LED lights
2X 27w 5500k CLFs
2X Digital timers
Reservoir size (29L)
Reservoir Lid (Custom with Six 3 1/2" net pots, also has a pulley system attached to it making it an ez when switching the reservoir water every 2 weeks)
4" fan
3 watt air pump connected to 4" air stone
Intake is connect to a 6" Y split duct hose which connects to a portable A/C unit & Ionizer, as well as, a 3 liter Humidifier.
Exhaust runs to a 110 CFM 6" inline fan, which is connected to a 6" Carbon Fliter

Nirvana
Tarantula
& possible Final Phase? What do you guys think?

Environment

18/6 light cycle
Between 75F-80F
30% humidity
Water temp 69F
pH 5.5

3 Plants: 6 days old (Bag seed)
3 bag seeds: Germination Stage

They're growing into their own know and I just switch them to 12/12 on August 5th... i love flowers! On August 6th I change my reservoir for a new batch of water. I then set the ph to 5.6, and last added 116 ml of microgrowbloom; along with 58 ml of both Tarantula & Sensizym. Here is some eyecandy too help you get an Idea. ;)

Those UFO lights make it look like some weird alien science experiement. Nice and bushy plants, awesome job!

leds... is this a proven method, i mean ive seen posts using leds. but i never read any concrete evidence on it. just wondering. . . i would like to know the science behind it, or the supposed benefit of it. . keep up the good work though!
