The sex of the plant

Ok this might be a weird question. If i am growing regular seeds should i plant two in the same batch of dirt and then if one is male cut it from the top, or i guess they will be stressed because of the roots being in the same batch of soil right?

Don't plant them together. Plant more seeds in separate containers. This way if you get males you can chop without too much concern.
