It has to come from somewhere and I’ve been snatching defeat from the jaws of victory for far too long to stop now, lol. Guess that is where this journal attempt come in, hoping some missed nuance gets pointed out and I stop abusing cannabis. I’ve grown for personal medical/hobby intermittently since 2013, but consistently only the last couple years. I’ve made consistent improvements but still fall short of desired results with imo realistic expectations. I believe I’ve struggled the most and done the most damage with the dry/cure phase. Previous harvest is the closest to actual success I’ve achieved. Lack and or loss of flavor and odor is my albatross. If I didn’t absolutely love growing this plant I would have given up discouraged, long ago.
Anyway, I’m running about a 2x4 with an HLG 350R, jack’s in RO+ extras, straight happyfrog (sometimes a little EWC), strongly contemplating switch to coco but making a conscious effort to minimize multiple changes simultaneously. I also have blumats ready to go. Sometimes I’ll get a second space going for veg/clones.
Last run was HSO- 707 and train wreck. I would consider the 707 my first “success” in terms of minimal acceptable quality, but still nothing to brag about.
I had better ventilation and environment control, backed off feed strength and waited longer to harvest but I’m still missing something(s), pretty sure patience is #1 and I’m trying to jar too soon.
This run is now finishing week 1 of 12/12.
I have two Brisco Orgi fems, a 707 clone, a brisco county line fem and a Bob’s slymer.
Sorry Bob, I didn’t mean to underrepresent, just the way things worked this run. The BCL and Chernobyl were started a week later as a plan of correction, and I will also apologize for abusing Ms Slymer, I missed a watering early and put her behind the others, still a little rough. Here is where things stand.
