In reality it's a mixture of 3 things. Vietnamese growers, dealers and punters that can't say no. Supply and demand. People are so desperate for bud after the famine that the dealers can get away with it. Everyones happy except the poor guys at the bottom of the ladder. A few dealers get stung though too, with the mould.I feel ya Skunk, all my friends have been buying weed so damp it's criminal, so fuckin cheap of the grower to not cure the buds properly.
