that one has a Differential of +/- 10 Deg F, not very sensitive

the first one is +/- 1 deg
The 1 degree differential means your fan will be off and on every ten to thirty seconds.lol On and off means uses more power and burns out fan motor sooner.
The 1 degree was meant to read the heat in a home. Trust me you do not want 1 degree of accuracy controlling your fan. If you set it to come on at 80 deg. f it will run until temps in room reach 70deg. f usually after light is off.

Agreed with growlegal. You will want something with a little more swing than 1degree. I would say 10 is a bit much but hey... Its better than 1
