with out knowing your set up or stand its hard to say how long till harvest.

It's better not to put a time frame on it, instead look for signs the buds are ready to be harvested. Getting a 20% microscope means you can look at the development of the trichomes. It takes some research but it means better bud. Also some people harvest when 80% of the hairs have turned brown. I think the microscope methos is better though. GL

True Indicas take up to half the time to flower, but most likely it's an mixted breed (both Sativa and Indica). It may take less time but that info shouldn't effect when you decide harvest.

nice looking lady bro....yes you want to start from when you first put her into flower.....that way you have an idea how far along you are... some take 8 or 9 weeks and others up to 14 or more....its just nice to know how old they are because it definately helps with the process and helps let you know when your nearing the end and when to start looking at your trichs......just my 2 cents...

What are you feeding her ?
you going to need to get more lighting with a lower number like 2700k or maybe an hps(i still see some 6500 cfls in there.)
and lose the mirror, it sucks up more light than it uses. if u want big potent buds i would consider and hps, because your gonna need alot of those cfls.
