Top growth is kinda thin and cannoeing don’t know if this is normal for new growth, everything else seems to be healthy. Temps are 27 and humidity 70% under 400 mh

I believe the light may be a little too close, but it's not too bad. I'd back off the light source a couple inches and see how they react.
It's happening on all the plants under the light?
