This has potential to increase yield?

So, I was wondering if anyone has tried this... just so I have an around about idea what is going to take place....

I have a 250watt mh/hps conv. ballast, which do think would have a more profound effect..... Leaving the MH in for the first 2 weeks of flowering (to help increase the amount of leaf tissue), OR putting the HPS in for the last two weeks of veg?(to help induce the onset of flowering) that way when you go 12/12, the plant starts flowering vigorously. This is just something I've been thinking about... If u have an opinion let it out, I wanna here it... I know I dont post on RIU alot.... but believe me i'm on here lol. i just sit back and watch.... Im about to start subscribing now that i know how lol.:bigjoint::bigjoint: Later on RIU..... and happy gardening....:weed:

this may help or may not , i experimented adding mh lights to my bloom room with an outstanding difference, however when i supplemented some of my mh power in my veg room with hps the difference was minimal, mainly the plants seemed to stretch more toward the lights ,i also noticed slightly bigger gaps inbetween nodes,(note, in both rooms only equivelent wattage was added no more or less, hope this helps - peace !

I left my MH bulb in for the first week of flowering because I was still waiting for my HPS bulb to arrive.

I didnt really notice a difference. Both plants were LST'd indicas so stretch was already going to be minimal.

I'd like to know what other people think about this also. I have thought about putting my MH bulbn back in for the last couple weeks of harvest. Maybe to increase trich production or help the THC mature.
