this seedling box too small?

Well, I don't think it's too small for seedlings, heat could be a factor without proper circulation, but....you can get computer fan outa any old computer and pot that in there, takes up almost no space, used three of em on my fridge......4 inches is cool for distance, how many seeds you got in there, you may want a bit more light, if you go to the dollar store and get a emergency blanket for like .50 it's made outa mylar and can help increase the amount of light you get from your bulbs output, is this box sealed when you go to bed (cept for the hole)??? In nature the sun isnt a constant lumen so moving them around different light souces as your doin shouldn't hurt, some people say that constantly moving your plants stresses them which can in turn stunt their growth, I haven't noticed this problem in my plants though as I moved mine alot aslo before puttin them into the ground......what kinda 150 you got HPS or CFL, is that output or wattage?

i have 3 seeds and 1 clone in there.
ya it will be sealed...all exept for the hole
i plan on spray painting the inside gloss white tomorrow or the next day.
oops....its a 150w HPS.
right now i just plan on keeping them in there until they pop out of the soil, then ill go from there.

i take it you got a larger secondary grow room or flowering chamber......try the computer fan thingy for circulation and heating, even grab a cheap thermostat so you can see what your temps are, you can get em at the dollar store for.....well....a dollar......other than that you should do fine.....best of luck man!

yes i do...actually i gotz 2 lol...one small one and one big one. i deffinatley will be able to by tomorrow thanks to you.
