Thought I Was Gettin' Short Today.

Ok. So small backstory first. Im into nitro rcs so this guy says " ive got one at home. Ill pay u to get it running." cool. I could use the money. So i end up forring about 150 out of pocket and hand dude the bill and he flips shit! "Wtf man i thought u would change the glowplug and tune it not rebuold the motor" i explain to him the 1.6 grams of sand found between the block and carb alone. There was no compression due to using a cheap sleeve instead of chrome the sand has scored the sleeve to the point there is no compression. U said make it run do what ya need. So i did. Hes like "im not payin that bill. " so i said cool and began to take the parts off... Again he flips shitz and expects it returned as is for the inconvenience.... Haha so i take the parts off and hand him his now dis assembeled car and kick him out of my house.
Fast forward.. Last week i see him walking right past my house and think nothing of it and continue putting trashcans out. I hear "fuckin faggot." So i invite him my way and request he repeat himself... Calls me a sheep fucker and RUNS like its the last thing he will ever do.. I cant help but laugh. So i think ok cool. Done with.

I get off the bus today and see him drive by... Whatever... Squashed right? The bird flies out the window so i smile and flip one back and continue on. I hear a car pulling up and hear a door shut. Assuming ok go time i take off the backpack and jacket. Turn around and step toward him he reaches back in the car and as i near 5 ft he emerges left hand behind back wasteband height. Says "keep steppin pussy see what happens" i say "man up and drop that gun little boy" again "step up son FEEL THE HEAT" LOL! I thought the warren g moment was funny. Told him again to man up. And the same wannabe thug reply ensues.
Now 5 years ago i had a gun pulled on me ina different situation and in (admitted luck) i was able to get the gun and bitchslap fool to the ground with it.... Apparently the second hit (anger) was where the "assault" took place and did just under a year for it plus much probation.. Unjust imo but eye for an eye would make the world blind as well so....
Anyway. I decide i probably shouldnt temp fate or luck again... Nor am i interested in measure 11. So i reply ( with snap and whit i felt lol) "Cool. U dont wanna fight like a real man u can get fucked by one. Have fun in jail." i left expecting a bullet in the back but it never did come. I could smell the alcohol on his breath and he seemed legit in his intentions so i figured legal was the best route... Mind u i never physically SEEN any gun in his hand.. But the heater references were good enough. So the cops come and basically say well find him and talk to him but there hasnt really been a crime commited...? Are you fucking kidding me?! They make it real hard for a mother fucker to keep on the right track and do the right thing. How the hell is there no crime here? Im hoping they will catch him while hes stacked (non medical and slings elbows) and armed (no cwp) while driving on his suspension...
Am i not seein it right or is this just fucked up? Anyone who read to this point feel free to offer input lol.
