three leaf seedling....problem??((pics))

Hello all, this is my first grow that im trying at and i have already ran into a problem i think. i started this bagseed:bigjoint: by germinating it in a cup of water in my closet i planted the seed with the tail pointing down and now its about a week late and my seedling had 3 fake leaves. im not sure if this is a problem or not i have never seen this in any of my other grows.
medium- soil miracle grow
water- filtered and tap
lights- both sunlight and one cfl cant remember the wattage though
please give me your input on what you think it is. :peace:
p.s.: dont pay attention to the date in the pictures

I'm sure it's just a mutation. Nothing you did, my friend. When you say it was a week late, did you mean it took a week to break through the soil or it's been sprouted and remained as it is in the pics for a week? If it took a week to pop up, don't worry, you probably planted the seed with the root down before it curled, right? That would explain the delay. I wouldn't worry about it. Pretty cool though, never seen that before.

How can this be your first grow, yet you've never seen this in any of your other grows?

At any rate they look like healthy seedling sprouts to me, just wait until they start showing signs of serration in the leaves!

i guess i should have been clearer with my words, i ment this is the first grow that i have ever out real effort in to srry lol

when you say mutation is it a good thing or bad? and yes its been stuck as a seedling for a week
