Time to cut her down? Good pics

This is my first grow and I had limited space. My box is 28'' wide X 24'' deep X 28'' tall. I used 6 100W 6500K daylight CFLs during Veg. During flowering I am using all soft white CFLs - 1) 150W 2700K, 7) 100W 3000K. I water w/ 10-15-10 nutes every 2-3 days about 32 oz each time. I am using MG organic soil and perlite. Bulbs were kept 4-5 inches away during grow.

It sprouted on 9-20. I kept it on 24 hrs a day light for 8 weeks. At this point it was doing great and was 8 inches tall and wide. On 11-16 I then switched CFL lights and cycle to 12/12. It showed its sex on 11-28 FEMALE! Now just 23 days later she looks almost done to me. She is approx 15 inches tall. On 20% of the main buds the white hairs have turned red. Will they swell up any more? I have gave them 50 oz of plain water each of the past few days to flush. Should it be more?

I have no idea what I am doing so any advice will help me out. Also any pointers on my set up will help me in the future. Thanks to all.

Looks like she's only started to frost up. Get some 10x-30x magnification and keep an eye on the resin glands. Look for fully formed glands that have started to turn milky. Then you will know for sure when the time is right.

Your not even sort of close. You got a long ass time before they are ready.

check out other grow pics and compare your plant to other that have been harvest, then ask your self does my plant look like this. Some advice, the two bulbs on the splitter should be over the plant, and the single light should be used as a side light.
Try to get the lights horizontally over the plant, spreads the light more effeciently.

Ok thanks guys. I do have more lights that are not in the pic. I have 4 on top and 2 on each side. I have a question. So will more develope inside the buds itself.Should I worry if all the white hairs turn red in couple of days or will more white hairs keep forming after some turn red?
Everything about my grow has been short and small, are your sure that my buds just wont be smaller than normal? And get done faster than normal time? The hairs are already starting to turn doesnt that mean it only has a few more days?Thanks

there is no way using less light will make it mature quicker... you have AT LEAST a month... yes it will get bigger.

or you can harvest now and get ... 3g of immature bud

the color of the hairs is not a way to tell if its done... you want to get a 30x hand help microscope and look at the individual resin heads.. when HALF of those are redish/amber then its done... it doesnt matter if all the hairs are white or all the hairs are red. its the trichomes... yes it will throw out more hairs throughout flowering.. which is 50-80 days not 23 days

You have a ways to go, dont go by hairs go by trichromes.Also the buds will fatten up alot in the last 2 weeks... G"Luck
