Flower soon would be ok. Trellis netting a pain in the ass imho. Especially on plants you're never grown before. Personally, I think netting a big waste of time.
That sounds good in theory, but it doesn't work that way in practice.Let me preface this but my comment is ALL based on theory I have not started my first grow yet, but I have researched it to death. Personally, I would train them longer, Aim for a wider Flatter canopy, before flipping, but like I said that is all based on Theory. Just my .02 cents
Good to know! As I said, Everything I know is theory at this point lol, but I am glad to know that those are ready to flip so when i do grow my first non-autos, I have an Idea what to look for. That sounds good in theory, but it doesn't work that way in practice.
Most everyone, myself included, has fallen prey the the "more the merrier" mentality. Consider for a moment, if you trained some plants to utilize 100% of a trellis before flipping. From that point, all the subsequent growth will be a vertical free-for-all. If you flipped and still had room in the trellis, you could continue to use the horizontal space and achieve a flatter canopy.Good to know! Same applies to plant count.
