Does tinture made from alcohol float on Tincture made from glycerin
It should
I believe it has something to do with specific gravity of the substances, forgive my ignorance
If you are trying to mix it put it in a double boiler or coffee mug warmer and use a fan to help evaporate the alcohol
Do this by an open window

I use this set up to do my reductions

It does. I evaporated the alcohol tinture down to half with a fan. Added the glycerin and now attempting to decrease further using a fan and heating pad. I have a gas stove so no double boiler

You may find an electric stove top cheap on line or in a bargain store
Coffee mug warmers work well too
If you reduce the tincture all the way down use a little xanthan to bind it to the glycerine, there is also a product called 210S that works better
If you leave some alcohol and mix you can make an oral spray out of it
