Tips of leaves starting to yellow ?

Hey everyone . My little baby is 2 weeks old today and ive been noticing its been getting yellow spots near the tips of the leaves. I am thinking this is nutrient burn but im not completely sure. Can anybody verify this or tell me otherwise. Thanks.

My first instinct would be too much nutes, but its kinda hard to tell with the lighting in the picture. Still seems pretty early, they don't look too bad. If its just yellow without looking like its dying and burning then it could be nitrogen deficiency, common to such a tiny plant. Your tips do seem a little burny, I would switch to plain water as needed for a week or so and see how the new growth looks.
