The longer you act like you are doing something criminal(whether it is or not), the longer you will be perceived as a criminal.

If African Americans would have "secretly" sat at white only lunch counters, I don't think the civil rights act would have been passed as rapidly...

What ever dudes I watched the video and a couple others by this guy. Its very valuable info. I would think seeing the perspective of a narcotics officer would be useful knowledge. He shows you the what to do and not to do.

You must not have choppers and spotter planes flying over head. The reality is they treat us like criminals even though we are not.

Of course they do! Just like law enforcement beat and arrested civil rights protesters...

These state police officers are bound by state law, or the protections offered under section 4 of our MMMA specifically. How does one reasonably get by the "presumption of innocents" granted caregivers/patients and onto justification of "probable cause" of criminality we see exploited here

ANSWER: Without a civil law suit against these actors setting legal precedent of the reality of our "protections", there will never be any. For six years now not one of us have been strong or rich enough to even slow this machine. 99% of those they've rolled over are never heard from again by design. Few make it through the criminal court, non have made it to the civil court to my knowledge.

As far as helicopters go, probable cause would be your grow in the open not covered or secure. Once they see that they will do a knock and talk to get you to give up info. watch the video.

Coast guard treats it like a federal crime every time. @TheMan13 state boys flew over twice they stayed 500ft like they are supposed to but flew directly over the greenhouse. Mine is a covered locked cage so i didn't hear anything from them.

Federalism (CG) is a wholly different game. As for the flyovers by state boys resulting in door knocks and card checks, I can see a valid or plausible legal opinion justifying that (aka probable cause). But after seeing the LARA card (aka presumption of innocents) and then requesting or demanding a LARA compliance check (aka numbers and locks) is both devoid of authority and jurisdiction and unquestionably a violation of that citizens rights IMO.
