to clone?

hey everyone, This is my very first attempt at growing. My plants will be 8 wks old from seed tomorrow 4/19. I switched to 12/12 at 4 wks. I just switched them 3 days ago from a few random flourescent lights to 2 400 watt metal halide. they are reacting very well to it. I want to continue to grow this strain as it looks impressive (buds already with fluffy long white hairs). Is it too late to clone now? and if i can clone, do i just continue with 12/12 lighting? or will i need to veg them again, and if i need to veg again how long does this take? should i just try from seed again... because i have some of the same strain left. (just bag seed, from good good bud) I have been trying to avoid having to have two different rooms one veg and one flowering, but i still want to harvest in a repeating cycle... any tips?This is soil grown if it makes a difference. Yea,

You can take clones from the bottom branches in flower. Its just that it takes weeks for them to revert back and root.

Keep them at 18/6 and take a few extra cause you may lose a few.

You can check out my cabinet journal where I have grown the same strain several times and harvest every two months without new seeds or a mother plant.
