Im Currently In Tn & I Was Just Curious If Late June or Early July Is To Late Of A Start For Outside Growing?

You're good. I've started a indica sativa mix before in late june and i harvested it in late october.The plant was about four feet tall with big colas. You only need about two months of green growth to produce a good yield from a late plant.
