To Press or Not To Press?

ok my question is i have a nice load of kief with almost no plant matter and i was wonddering what do u thing this is what i usualy do. i get some kief from my coffe grinder with a paint brush put it onto saran wrap (plastic wrap). I just press it without heat i have used heat once or twice and all it seams to do is make it shinny i havent realy noticed a difference but i was wondering is any one knew the science behind this.

Well when you compress it it will burn a little bit slower. Pressing is more for transportation of kief as its easier to handle.

Personally I would just leave it in the beach sand form and just sprinkle it on top of bowls, baccy or ashes.

Just take little rips in a bong. It will still last for quite a while.

i would decide like this: if it's the kind of kief that just burns "as is" i would press it. if it's the real good shit that melts down like hash when you put a flame to it, i would not press it because i find it burns better unpressed.

realy? thanks guys i have some of the nicest kief ive ever got in a nicce pile and i though id log on and c if any one had any opinions on what to do with it before i just pressed it my bong is gone and my glass pipe is good but its not the best i was going to compress it and smoke some hotknifes but when i get my bong back from my friend thats what i will be doing its what i used to do lmao just trying new things all the time uno. oh btw im pretty baked so i hope this made scence haha and thanks again.
