Tomato Plant Soil

I was wondering if Tomato plants that you buy in the store already contain nutrients in the soil? The plant is out of the dirt and I'm currently using the left over soil. Feels very fresh

yea compost speacialy for tomatos is good to pot up weed just before flowering. its got all the right nutes to flower budd.
