Too big!

My girls are exploding since flipping to flower, and they're almost touching the light with no more room, and because of this my edges aren't getting enough light! What do I do?! Also having a lot of leaves fall off at the bottom, assuming due to lack of light. Do I add another light to help? Or what training can I do here!
Thanks!

Also just wanted to add these photos were a few days ago, they are now up to about 2/3 inches to the light. No sign of light burn at the top though!

How long ago did you do the flip? The stretch can take 2-3 weeks. Is that a 2x2x4 tent?

I do two types of bending. one in which i snap the inside fibers of the stem. You have to provide support immediately to this bend. The other you can do is bend with weights, yoyos or wire , not snapping the stem.

such healthy looking plants defoliate thos mf and snap them or is it called lollipoping or something . Didnt grow photoperiods along time .

Tie those bizzys down and defoliate a little! Lst is your friend. I've currently got a couple spaces about this size and I have to lst a shiz ton.
I just don't think I have any space to LST, there's nowhere to move them! The canopy goes right to the back of their tent, and all the way to the front and sides.. Really trying to avoid buying another tent but I feel like I might be upsetting them without any more space!

It's technically a 3x3x5 but yeah it's on the smaller side, didn't expect two plants to get this big! Just over one week in to flower!
So look into lollipopping. Get rid of all the smaller tops that are not getting any light. Like that are suckers/popcorn buds. That should help make room for LST. They can double in hight during the stretch. If you don't do something your final yeild will suffer. Bleached tips don't grow out, if they do they are extremely stunted. If you can clean up the lower 1/3-1/2. Lollipop and defol. Your plants will thank you

If I bend them away, they're no longer facing the light, is that okay?
Yes. They'll move back to the light on their own. You can trim lower growth and lst over the top of the bottom of the plant at that point once it's just stem. I've criss crossed them, spiralled them, tied the stem together, ect. Just as long as you don't make a pile of leave/buds you'll be fine. Keep airflow in mind and be creative. Maybe google some ideas.

Bend those girls over! Use yo-yo's, string, zip ties or anything you can find. I've had some that tripled in height during stretch. Be mindful of this when determining when to flip to 12/12. Next time use some low stress training, scrog, ect.... You'll be glad you did and your yield will vastly improve, too

As Killaki said, keep airflow in mind. With that much foliage you are a target for mold with subpar air flow. Defoliate a bunch of those leaves

Yeah, 2 plants in 32 x 32 is kind of crazy, but you are there now, so you will need to deal with it. Anyhow, because they will get SUPER crammed up in there no matter what you do, make sure you place, and constantly run a 9 inch fan on low, on the floor, tilted slightly upward at around 25 degrees so air is constantly blowing up through the plants entire structure so you keep WPM and bud rot from forming because crowed plants make for lots of stagnate air pockets, which WPM and bud rot thrive in!
