Too late to start?

I didn't per say "plan" to grow outdoor this year but on 420 i bought an OG Kush clone (my first plant ever i might add) and threw her outside too early in the season so she began to flower too early but that's another mess entirely. Anyhow last night a buddy gave me 4 Cheese seeds and I currently have them soaking in water and plan to germinate and put outdoors. I live in Northern California I am currently getting a little under 15 hours of light where I am counting from sunrise to sunset. I know most people (including my neighbor) have their plants outdoors and they have been vegging for weeks already. Is it too late to put these seeds into some pots and put in my backyard?

Should be ok but dont wait too long. Last year i put some out 10 days prior to summer solstace and got 8oz a plant. I put some out about 2 weeks after solstace and i got nothing, they didnt veg at all.

Farout man. I'll be putting these out as soon as they pop. Summer Solstice is 9 days out. Hope they produce, lol.
