ok theirs several ways you can go about this, 1. you can top them, look right at the top of the plants, right below where the nodes meet, cut the top part stretching out above everything else but make sure you don't cut the new growth below it, 2. you can pinch it which is essentially the same thing as topping but is lower stress, grab the little ball with the leafs sticking up on it, and pinch it off. then make sure you pinch the petiole closed to avoid bug and disease problems. 3 you can bend it, this is a little tricky so trial and error is a must. squeeze the stem between finger tips until you feel a slight bend in the inner protective barrier of the stem, once that's lose slightly bend it into the direction that you want it to grow, make sure you open the plants up so light can penetrate further down. I bought a few plants a month ago from a guy that did lst on them and these things look like their 1 month old topped, but their 2.5 months old lst'd. hope this helps bro... good luck
