too long or not ? germination

Hello guys, I am having a problem, last friday I started to germinate seeds, but it is not happening really well.... First problem was, that it took for some of them to sink more than 24 hours(I tried to sink them manually), finally they have sinked all, I held them for 1 day there, then afterwards I put them in a paper towel and in the dark place, it is already 6th day of germinating. Should I be concerned ? should I plant some of them before others ? Or..?

Put them in dirt. All of them. You don't have to baby seeds. Mother Nature made those things work under the harshess conditions.

Does it matter which side I put them on ? the ones that are not germinated.
