Too much light!! Will my clones recover???? Please help guys

So this is what happen. I got my clones back from a friend and I never grow in greenhouse before(only indoors before) I did the stupidest mistake ever by transplant them in a cup and let them get direct sunlight for few days and see no growth at all me looked underwater. That’s what I thought first. But no!!!! My friend told me it was too much sunlight. Now I really want to recover them back. Now I gave them some light in the shade. Now I really want to know how long will it take to get them back healthy again. Asked my friend but no help. Please cannabis community help me.

yes they are ok don't worry

cuttings trying to make roots after transplant need weak light to acclimate, now you know

give em not more 10 000 lux and in a few ays they will start to grow healthy and pray to the light again
