Too much nitrogen?

I am growing in soil and I have leaves that have the tips pointing down. Is there a way to lower the nitrogen level in soil plants??please help very important.

What kind of soil you using? If it's Miracle Grow, don't try to flush! It will destroy your plants. If it's any other soil that doesn't have chemical time release fertilizers in it, then you could flush your soil with 2-3x the amount your grow pot with water. In other words if you had a 5 gallon pot, water it down with 10 gallons of water. There will be some initial shock, but it will recover.
