Top snapped, still livin'

Only my 2nd grow and I decided to LST my Northern Lights CBD Auto. I tied it over at what I thought was about right. It didn't look to be to drastic. I came back a couple hours later and I found this. 20200912_123453.jpg
I stood it up and put some tape around it. I got called out of town and when I returned it had fallen again. The thing is the top wasn't wilted and seemed just fine.

The yellow circle is the top. Should I let it go or will this just be a drag on the the rest of the plant when it starts to flower. It is about 2 weeks old. Thanx in advance.

They are usually fine. If you want to tape it up use a popsicle stick along with the tape. In the meantime reduce your N a bit.
