Top strain for CFLs????

Hey folks. Toss a guy a bone will yuh and give me a few of your favorite strains for growing under CFLs. Just growing in a 4X2X2 luan box so size is a limiting factor. Would you go with an auto flowering or just stick with a photo sensitive variety?

I am just completely overwhelmed by the number of choices out there and would grab on tight to ANY pointers. I thought I might try an autoflowering like one of the Ryders and figure I could squeeze in five plants in my limited space that way.

You only have 2 feet of vertical space?
If thats true i would find a high yielding indica and veg for a week at the most. Check out the 12/12 from seed thread.

Just go to your dealer who has the chronic, buy an 1/8 and blow a fat ass L. When you find the ONE or maybe two seeds in the buds, throw em in a wet paper towel and start germinating with an H20/Superthrive mix. Let em get nice and germinated till the point of breaking out their wonderful little seed housings and starting to grow that first root (1 week tops). Then plant those suckers in a 1 gallon pot filled with Ocean Forest soil and let em rip on a 20/4 light cycle... when they hit 4" lst them in a small circle like I'm doing. When they reach half to 3/4 the size u want them to be switch to 12/12 and burn down the house with ANOTHER 1/8 filled blunt... this time, for free! Lol

Thanks Beans.. I actually plan on using the box upright to try a quick CFL grow and flop it back on it's side and use tube florescents to start next seasons outdoor grow. I have read most of the 12/12 thread and it is pretty cool.

The OP guy must be out of his freakin mind to even ask the question. It's like asses and elbows, everyone has an opinion. I just thought there was a few time tested strains that stood out for CFLs. WTF. No guts no glory.

well grows don't get much quicker then 12/12 from seed lol. But as to the "best" strain its best to research the breeder , and check strain reviews and find whats best for your tastes or high time.

I know beans but it would have been so much easier choosing a strain based on the experiences of others. My tastes are simple and am as happy slipping into a coma as I am painting the house when it comes to the stone. Maybe I will just 12/12 sumpin. Seems like a good idea. Does a N. Light seed from one breeder differ from the NL of another? More interested in tried and true rather than a new strain. I'm just not that refined.

well, having grown a bigbud strain (northernlightsxBB)

next to an "average" strain under fluos

id say go with something like that (about 3-4 times larger buds than average strains)

Thanks Beans and friends... Now my "research" has been narrowed down in a major way. I will sort thru those sugestions and give one of them a shot.
I wish I had more decerning taste but WTF I am a simpleton who just likes to get stoned. It's not like I ever even know the name of the high end green weed I buy. It's just expensive. Sad part is sometimes we pay for looks and not stone. Rock on guys and I will be firing up things shortly.
I did NL outdoors in the eighties and did great with it but now it's advertised as an indoor strain. Go figure. Cheap with a high THC count and a decent yield!! what more could I ask for.?????

I was JK'n btw.... I'm a stoner and just like to get a good laugh! That NL sounds like a great idea, always loved the way it looks, feels, smells and taste.... expose your senses to the Almighty Northern Light my friend!

i have to say the growth on my tangerine dream is jaw droppingjust bushing out violently. i got mine from attitude - Barneys farm carried it i think. 25% thc content, highest i've seen. think of it like a super orange bud, taste is amaing, my mate grew it last year and i just couldn't get enough, from personal recommendation it'd be that or Candy Haze, no idea where my mate got that but fuck me that was good.

i have had nothing but problems with master kush, just a heads up on that one. very sensitive, i have found anyway. i have some exodus cheese going right now and so far it is much better then any of the 5 master kush i got from nirvana. was disappointed because it read like a beauty of a strain :weed:
