Needed some more insight on topping during the flowering period.
About a little over a week and a half I flipped my girls into flowering despite not knowing that I have reached the height limit of my grow box. So last week I left on vacation and came back and the tops on both of my girls were severely burnt, due to the instantaneous grow during the beginning of the flower period, so in a drastic move I chopped off the burnt leaves and shoots in order to save the girls. After "topping" them I noticed that their growth has been stunted slightly, but they are still moving along in the flowering phase.
My questions are the following:
.How does topping affect the plant if its done during the first week or week and a 1/2 of flowering?
.Will my plants recover and regrow like they did if I topped them in the veg stage even though it hasn't been that long in the flowering stage?
.If I had tied down and attempted LSTing on the new growth until I made another box would it have made a difference?
