Topped the entire apex beneath the new nodes

I have Parkinson’s. I shake and jerk. I went to top my plant for the first time, I twitched and pinched off the new nodes. Can I go down and top it at the internodes at the node directly beneath where the apex was?

I have really shaky hands as well and I use nail scissors and magnifying glasses to help me see where to cut. I've botched plenty of them and you'll be fine. Best of luck with your grow.

a girlfriend of mine used to have the shakes, i came up with the idea of placeing her arm down in the inside of a chair and useing it for support and to counteract the shakes.
hope its of some use to you in some small way

I’d leave it. The shoots below will grow perfectly fine and the extra 2 leaves on top are extra energy.
