My plant will be three weeks as of tomarrow, I was wondering if this is an alright time to top the plant, also when you top it, you mainly just cut off the top a little before above where the the nodes are closest to the top? Also how long should I wait to begin flowering after I top?

just snip that mutha fucka right where you said. and you can flower anytime you want if your inside. but otherwise, wait till it has all its branches...unless you want to sex it early. if you do that though it slows growth time by like two weeks. because you have to go back to vegging once sex appears, or you wont get much of a yield.

man, i never really though about counting, but it's not too long before you see that the leaf things on the side grow into full branches.
