Re. topping—standard practice for me. I top at day 21 and LST to fill the tent. Most of my plants end up very tall anyway but I (should and will always from now on) grow only one plant in my tent so I really need a flat canopy.
My most recent grow (last time I'll ever grow two plants). Nice colas in the center and back but missing from the front because dumbshit me broke the branches. Though the plant is topped, I didn't fill the tent because the little plant was taking space.
Topped at day 21 and LST'd. I only topped once but plants get to ~1000µmol of light by about week 5 and this plant was vegged for 61 days.
