OK so I have been looking at set ups on forum and am still pretty new to hydroponics. I have grown before but always had my girls out in the sun just the way mum always told me. I have noticed that alot of people seem to be simply growing in large pots but no one seems to mention what sort of kit as in flood and drain, NFT ect. ect. Are you simply watering with nutrients or what and if so is this recomended for a beginner. I have a copy off Jorge carvantes grow bible which is great and sort of recomends flood and drain, but does not mention simply using the lights. sorry for the long winded post and thatks for any help
