trace elament mix how much 2 use in hydroponics

im grow using hydroponics n bubbles i have to use trace element mixture but since my last crop i seem to have lost a brain cell r two smoking hard lol an di have for gotten how much to use im using vitalink veg at min n puting around 30 ml in 10 litre how much trace element would need to be ADDED to MAKE THE MIXTURE RIGHT SORRY ABOUT SHOUTING i just keeps runing in too problems first heat then ph changing on it own what next the only thing i havnt had go wrong would be bugs but i better not speak too soon lol

Im not to sure because the hydro chem i use contain the micro. but what are the instructions on the bottle. I would start with 1/2 of the recommended dose. your ph will most likely change after so take a reading after adding it.
