Training and transplant

Couple things, first does this training look ok? Secondly, will this make transplanting more difficult, they are currently in 1 gallon, plan on going to 5 or 7 in a week or two.

It’s a pheno and I am not sure of the sex yet (we haven’t had our gender reveal party yet) do you see any signs it’s a girl?

No nothing stands out to me for sex yet. Watch the internodes right by the stipules; that's where the ovary or stamen will form. I usually wait until they switch to single branching from the double she's doing now but she'll show sex when she's poppin doubles.
