I seee you all talking about training your plants, I'm new and have no idea what that means . If it's something that can help me with it my grow , please someone explain.

Your best bet would be to go to YouTube and search for "low stress training." You'll find plenty of how-to videos. Basically, it's a way of manipulating the plant to allow light to penetrate to areas it normally wouldn't, causing the plant to get more bushy. There are also high-stress training methods, but they usually involve lopping parts off.

Sorry I can’t control myself sometimes

my only real input is I don’t train with the hopes of some magic to happen. I train to make the plants grow the way I want them to look and lessen microclimates within the greenery.

If you grow a plant from seed and let it grow naturally, you're going to usually get a main bud with some offshoots, ranging from a couple small branches to bushes, to Christmas tree shapes and branch structure.

If you intervene, you can change the structure of your plant to suit your set up.

I would advise getting your hands on a copy of the grow Bible or going to YouTube and looking for videos explaining the different methods, as it is much easier to see the different varieties than to read about them (if I wasn't on mobile, I would be of more help)

Up until recently I was pretty ginger with "training" and nowadays I just haul off and break stuff...
But the advice given here is solid.
Worry about breaking later, crawl before the long jump lol!

Cool, good info.
I'd just whip something up for the 3D printer if I was going to give em a try.
Even if they're cheap I can usually create something for pennies on the dollar (and I'm super cheap!).
I don't top dress and the ties are usually all at least 12-20" above the bags so I can water alright.
