Transfering Soiled clone into rockwool hydroponic resavuar.

I First bought a hydroponic system to grow.
I then got some clones from a friends, but he had them in soil.
The clones are in beer cups with holes in the bottom,
iv been watering twice a day with 18 hours of light (150 watt 9 inches above)
It is now the 2nd week since the plants started to sprout, and I am thinking I need to transfer them to my hydroponic system.
It has rockwool air-rocks and an air pump.

Will I be alright to transfer the soiled plants right into the hydroponic system, with the rockwool?

What are the positive and negative effects of this operation?

Thanks

No, that would be a mess. The best way would be to grow out the soil plant, and when a branch is long enough, take it and root it in rockwool, and put that in your hydro system.

Stop watering your soil so often, you will drown your plant.

Just rinse the soil off good so it doesn't get dirt in your pump.
